Sophie ate biscuit and two servings of peaches for breakfast. For lunch she ate everything: baked beans, dinner roll, peas, and pineapple.
Reid is spending another day at home with his Daddy, but Elliott and his brother Noah are here today. (They got a new baby brother yesterday - Matthew - so I'm helping them out today.) I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do the Blogs today with a different group at Daycare. (The dynamics of the group always change when it's different.) But everything went well and I had time to take notes, a few pictures, and now everyone is asleep!
I have loaded this Blog up with pictures, but I wanted to post these first three from yesterday afternoon during outside play time. This was the first time I'd seen Sophie take off with the dump truck and she was pushing it down to the gate. I love the look of concentration!
And of course she was wanting to push Baby Hudson in the stroller again. I like how she has to peek over the top to see anything!
Maybe being able to see when you drive is overrated!! That dang fence got in the road, but she is still trying to continue on her way!
Sophie played with lots of toys this morning and watched the boys be crazy jumping on the mattress. She was watching them put on the animal masks and of course she wanted one too! And she even left this "rabbit" on for a minute - well, a minute might be stretching it!
However, she kept trying to pull other masks on as well. So we put on this "puppy" mask. At least I think that's what it is! The kids call it a bear mask. Lauralea was the mask expert and I'd always defer to her! I think those are supposed to be freckles by it's nose and I've never seen a bear with freckles!

Sophie - 9/29/2015
Sophie ate two servings of breakfast: waffles and hash browns. For lunch she ate most of chicken & cheese quesadilla, most of carrots, and ate mandarin oranges.
Reid is not here today so Cooper was instructing Sophie how and where to put blocks on his structure. And as you can see in the picture she was trying to put a block into place. (Although there is hardly room for a block where she is trying to put it!)
Here's a picture of Sophie being Sophie. :) She was having fun on the slide, but not able to go up so I flipped it over to the steps on the other side and she wandered off to play somewhere else. Ok, I guess that's not what she was wanting! :) I frequently think about the end result or accomplishment and the kids just enjoy the process!! What I'm trying to say is this: By turning the slide over (to help her do it the "right" way) I basically took away what she was having fun with!
Cooper said, "Sophie call me Mom!" :) I said, "She called you Mom?!?" And Sophie whirled around grinning all over and headed to the window to look outside! Did someone say "Mom?" She must be out here somewhere! :) I sure enjoy watching and hearing how her language is developing! Also this morning she was making sounds like "e i e i o." Wow! That sounded like the song. Apparently Cooper thought so too because he started singing "Old MacDonald." So I started doing "e i e i o" and she did it back to me. :)

Sophie - 9/28/2015
Sophie ate half of her cheerios and ate two servings of banana for breakfast. For lunch she ate cheese sandwich, tomato soup, and lettuce salad (with ranch dressing). I offered her some soup through a straw and she was sucking it up just fine, but she was letting it run down her bib. :) So I added crackers to it and fed her with a spoon and she ate lots of it.
For several weeks Lauralea has been leaving for work at 8:00, but now she's back to her regular schedule and leaving at 9:00. The kids enjoy it and so do I!! So she got hair duty with Sophie and Kenzie this morning!! Thank you Lauralea. I actually enjoy fixing the girl's hair, but I never turn down help either!! (There is no school today so Kenzie is hanging out all day.)
All three pictures I'm posting were obviously taken before Lauralea left for work. Kenzie and Cooper are playing under the blanket and Sophie was up on the couch as well. The Cline kids did some crazy wrestling and Sophie was ok with that (and watched them two or three times) as long as they weren't bumping up against her.
I LOVE these next two pictures - two of my favorite girls!! I think Lauralea was enjoying being here too! What do you think??
Sophie played with some different toys, but she also did LOTS of practice walking and making sounds. When she was done with her plate at Lunch time time she was starting to hold it up and saying, "Ma-Ma, Ma-ma...."

Sophie - 9/25/2015
Sophie ate oatmeal and dried cranberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce. She was sooooo cute at Lunch Time. I mixed her lunch into a bowl and was feeding her. She was SO tired by 11:30, but she was still opening her mouth to eat. I'd never seen her like that at meal time. So cute. Apparently these late night concerts are exhausting - even if she didn't go!! :) I knew she was tired even before we got ready for lunch, but she was still playing and being a trooper!
I was with Cooper in the bathroom and we heard a "thunk" followed by Sophie immediately crying. Cooper said, "It like Sophie bonked herself!" I think so too Cooper, but it really doesn't sound like a "hurt" cry! (I checked and it was a block tower Cooper had built and that was the bonk we heard when it hit the gate. She had toppled it and I think it just scared her.)
Cooper was being pretty funny with this blanket you see in the picture and had himself completely covered! Sophie was also having fun trying to get the blanket off him.
"Sophie can't get me in here!" He did some modifications on this "hide-out" that he and Kenzie built yesterday. He put in a "window" (after I took this picture) in the lower right-hand corner and he and Sophie had fun peeking back-n-forth at each other.

Sophie - 9/24/2015
Sophie arrived shortly before Lunch so her Blog will be very short today - but I have a couple of notes. She ate all of her lunch: turkey slices, whole wheat sandwich bun, green beans, and strawberries.
This is kind of a follow-up from yesterday's Blog about Reid (talking about Sophie) saying, "Him do this....Him do that..." Today I said to Sophie, "You are such a nice kid!" Reid said, "Him Girl! Not Kid!!" LOL! Well, today he got the Gender right, but the Pronoun still wrong!
I kept sitting Sophie on Cooper's shoulders and she was squealing with delight. It was so cute. And it was doubly cute because Cooper kept coming back for more. :)

Sophie - 9/23/2015
Sophie ate jelly toast and two servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate everything as well; beef & bean burrito, sweet potatoes, and pineapple. At the breakfast table Reid observed that Sophie was done and he said, "Him all done!" Well he was half right! Wrong pronoun, but correct assessment!! Ha! Later in the morning Reid was watching Sophie on the mattress and she kind of toppled over backwards onto the floor (she didn't get hurt or cry) and he roared with laughter! Reid, again using wrong pronoun, said, "Him do backflip!!" :) (I love this job!!)
I was teasing Sophie and kept holding this mirror (it's actually the lid to the pans in the food toys) up to her face and saying, "Look at the monkey!" So, from the reaction on her face, maybe she saw the monkey! Hmmmm..... :)
I took this picture when Sophie was responding to Lesley. (Reid's Mommy) Lesley LOVES Sophie and as you can see in the picture Sophie knows it!! Isn't that sweet and cute?
Every time I looked at Sophie her pants were low riders and her diaper was exposed! So she took care of the problem for me! She was tugging on her pants hard and right after I took this picture she toppled over backwards. ("Him do backflip!") :) But she managed to get them off!!

Sophie - 9/22/2015
Sophie ate cinnamon roll and canned prunes for breakfast. For lunch she ate scrambled eggs, hash browns, cheese, and sausage combo. She also ate waffle and cantaloupe.
She has been practicing walking a lot yesterday and today. Yesterday afternoon when we were outside she was even doing some walking in the grass and bumpy yard. Also, I had Baby Hudson in the little stroller and she was managing to push it around the patio.
Sophie is such a fun-loving little girl and I love watching all the antics and capers she initiates! She was sitting on these blocks you see in the picture and scooting herself across the room backwards. It was working quite well and you can see she is totally impressed with her success! :)
Sophie was standing at this bird poster studying the different pictures of birds. Initially I was trying to get a picture of that, but as soon as she saw me with the camera the study of birds was history! Ha! But I couldn't resist posting this adorable picture anyhow!!
I absolutely LOVE this picture of Cooper and Sophie because of what was happening here. Cooper kept leaving his special blanket laying around and Sophie was confiscating it! Usually she'll easily give it up, but not so much today. Cooper is trying to calmly and peacefully negotiate the release of his blanket. When I took this picture he was pointing out the fact that the blanket actually belongs to him. (Notice how he's pointing to himself.) And she's attentively listening and possibly agreeing UNTIL he reaches for it!! Ha ha ha!

Sophie - 9/21/2015
Sophie ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast. For lunch she ate about half of her ham sandwich, ate peas, and mandarin oranges.
Sophie was playing near me by the couch and I asked her, "Is Cousin Lila still at your house?" She whipped her head around and was looking all over for Cousin Lila. Sorry Sophie - I wasn't trying to trick you. I LOVE how much she is understanding language!
There is a story behind this first picture and NO, she is not picking her nose! It just looks like she might be! Baby Hudson was sleeping and I was putting my finger over my mouth and saying "Shhh, the Baby is sleeping." Several minutes later I said, "Shhh" again to see what she'd do and she didn't disappoint me! Her finger immediately went to her mouth! (Or close by!) :)
Sophie was trying hard to get these doll clothes on!! :) So I dressed one of the dolls for her, but she didn't really care. She was way more interested in trying to get them on herself!! Ha!
We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange and she was busy looking at all the new stuff. She also watched Cooper and Reid run around and be crazy boys. (Cooper's head was wet from sweat - he literally looked as if he'd taken a shower!) Those goofy boys are kind of entertaining, right Sophie?

Sophie - 9/18/2015
Sophie had bites of brown rice and ate raisins for breakfast. She ate very few bites of lunch; meat loaf, flat bread, carrots, and apricots. Daddy Pat said this morning that she may not be feeling great. She actually had a fine morning, but I saw two things that could indicate she wasn't 100%. One thing was her lack of appetite at lunch - that's not Sophie! :) The second thing - after breakfast this morning she spit up or puked a small amount on the floor in the play room. Cooper alerted me to something on the floor and he'd stepped in it! Ha! "It's on my sock Gary! It's on my sock!!" (And it definitely came from her. Baby Hudson had not been close to that spot.)
Cooper and Reid both bring their 'favorite' blankets from home and Sophie totally knows which one belongs to each of them. Reid carries his a lot - Cooper leaves his laying on the floor and she'll pick it up and keep an eye on him to see his response. And she'll usually just hand it to him if he comes to claim it.
She was playing in the igloo and Reid was thumping around on top of the igloo and (see picture below) Sophie came out to check it out. Yesterday afternoon she was "hiding" from Kenzie in the igloo and Kenzie was laying across the top peeking into the igloo at Sophie. Sophie was giggling and laughing hard.
Sophie was checking out Baby Hudson's new ride! Well actually it's quite old, but new for him. :) He's happier sitting upright so this works pretty well and I can take him along with me if I need to. Sophie was giving him loves, but I decided not to post another picture today of her kissing him! Ha!

Sophie - 9/17/2015
Just a quick note for anyone looking for Sophie's Blog today. She arrived right before Lunch so I won't have a normal Blog for her. Mommy said Sophie had a great time at Kinder-Music this morning.
Sophie is such a good eater and did eat everything at Lunch: baked chicken, dinner roll, hash browns, and canned cherries.
I did just think of something from yesterday that I didn't write about. Sophie was playing below the window and was very focused on something. When I went to investigate I saw she had a house fly cornered and was trying to grab it. Ha!

Sophie - 9/16/2015
Sophie ate half of her serving of whole wheat bagel and ate peaches for breakfast. For lunch she ate ham, a large serving of whole wheat elbow noodles, ate corn, and a few bites of apple. I leave the gate open at meal time so she can crawl out to her highchair. She's been going to the bib rack first and grabbing her bib. She can't lift it up off of the rack, but she knows which bib is hers! :)
This first picture was taken yesterday afternoon after school when Kenzie was here and she was pulling Sophie all around the yard for a long time. And Sophie was loving it. I waved at her when they went through the patio and the next time through she waved first. :) Thank you Kenzie!
Cooper was playing with Sophie and she loves having someone chase her around the chair you see in the picture. (And also chase around the igloo.) She gets such a kick out of it and has so much fun. When I told her I was going to "fix your hair" she immediately crawled behind the igloo and then was peeking out grinning. Earlier Cooper had laid out his tractors on the table and Sophie just happened to have two of them side-by-side. Cooper asked her, "Hey! Are you lining them up?!?" (Which happens to be one of Cooper's favorite activities.) :)
There are lots of short distances between furniture in the Daycare Room and Sophie has been walking between some of them this morning. One time she took off across the floor and I counted 11 steps. Now some of the steps were very tiny, BUT they still count! :)
A Phone Cable worker rang our doorbell this morning - we didn't hear it and he came to the big daycare window. Oh man! Sophie was not impressed and quite alarmed! (He simply wanted access through our back yard.) "Who is that person and why is he looking in our window!!?? :)

Sophie - 9/15/2015
Sophie ate waffle and two servings of pears for breakfast. For lunch she ate tuna and crackers, ate sweet potatoes, and two servings of mandarin oranges. She ate the tuna off the cracker first and then ate the crackers. It was pretty cute - using the cracker like a spoon.
I took this picture right after Sophie and Cooper waved bye to Daddy Pat at the window. Cooper brought 22 tractors and cars with him and he'd been playing at the table with them. Sophie immediately crawled up there and grabbed one. Cooper said, "Just ONE for now!" Ha ha! Just one Sophie! That only leaves 21 for Cooper. :)
Speaking of waving bye to Daddy Pat - When we were getting ready to go to the window I asked Sophie, "Wanna wave at Dad?" She said, "Da Da" and started waving! So cute. Then she said it again at Lunch time and she also was chanting, "Ma Ma, Ma Ma." I love how much language she's understanding! She was playing at the end of the couch on the floor and Cooper asked, "Where'd Sophie go?" She popped up and peeked over the end of the couch as if to say, "Here I am!!" :)
I think this picture is adorable. I love how Sophie is watching what Cooper is doing with the cars, trucks, and tractors. He's getting ready to release a car to go flying down the ramp. When he was getting this garage toy out to play with he asked me, "Where would you like me to launch these at? Ha ha! (There actually is a way that he and Reid figured out to "launch" the cars, but no easy way to explain it.)

This isn't about Sophie, but I thought you'd like it anyhow! Cooper happened to see me trying to burp Baby Hudson this morning and I guess it looked like fun. He said, "Let me try!" That made me laugh!! Sure Cooper! As soon as I'm done playing with him you can have a turn!!

Sophie - 9/14/2015
Sophie ate a large serving of breakfast: chex cereal and mixed fruit. For lunch she ate beef sandwich, several bites of tomato soup (with crackers), and ate lettuce salad.
Sophie was back in this cubby hole spot peeking around the corner at me. She loves those kinds of games and then initiated a "chase" game as well. She was behind the chair and I'd crawl around one side and she whirl around and go the other way. Also, she stood up two or three times in the middle of the room - not hanging on to anything to help her stand up and take two or three steps each time.
Cooper used all the books to make a book train. "Look at my train! he said. Sophie made her way quickly to his work area! "Hey! You're breaking it!" But she only grabbed one little book and she wants to read! :)
Sophie was playing with the dress-up clothes and especially the shoes. This toy exchange has a sports theme and she wanted help getting on the soccer shoes you see in the picture. Those shoes are pretty big, but she eventually managed to stand up and move around a little bit.

Sophie - 9/11/2015
Sophie ate most of her brown rice and ate raisins for breakfast. For lunch she ate hash brown casserole, half of her biscuit, and ate mandarin oranges. I think it's funny how she waves her hand in front of her face when she doesn't want me to offer her any more food. (Like she's waving bye bye!) And then I ask, "You're done?" She picks up her cup and hands it to me too. (After tipping it up so it drips on the top of her head!)
This picture totally explains why I LOVE theses blocks!! Kids as young as Sophie can figure out how to stack them - and she's working hard at it!! And the 3 - 4 year olds still love playing with them. It's pretty amazing - the kids never seem to get tired of them. We've tried several different kinds of blocks over the years and these are by far the best!
Sophie was playing by the window and we heard a helicopter flying over. She immediately stood up at the window and was looking around to see what was making that noise! She totally knew that noise was coming from outside! Then we were singing songs and she was laughing at our "Hickity Pickity" song. (I use a buzzing bumble bee puppet.) She then started looking at a book and stuck it in her mouth and stood up with the book hanging out of her mouth. (Little Comedienne! I looked that word up to make sure I got it right!! I certainly don't want to call her a Comedian!)
I didn't get a picture of these two on Hudson's first day, September 4th, so I had to post a picture of her with Cousin Hudson today!
As soon as I took this second picture she planted an open-mouth kiss on him! Ha ha!

Sophie - 9/10/2015
Sophie ate cinnamon toast and cantaloupe for breakfast. For lunch she ate everything; turkey slices, dinner roll, green beans, and mangoes. She was waiting at the gate for me to bring out the lunch tray and when I did she got all excited and started clapping. She loves to eat and is an awesome eater. (And Nora always did as well.)
I want to give everyone a heads-up about the Blogs starting tomorrow. Baby Hudson Boyle is starting full-time tomorrow and whenever a Baby starts it can affect when the Blogs are posted. (At least until they get settled into a routine.) So if it's not there when you expect it, keep checking back and I'll try to have them posted around normal time, but no later than 3:00. Although I don't expect it to happen, just know if the Blog is not there by 3:00 then it will not be happening that day!
I could post pictures of Sophie on the mattress every day. She loves to play and bounce here and it's super good for her balance. She'll stand up and then intentionally flop. Later, she was playing by the table, stood up and took 3 or 4 steps. I started clapping and applauding her and she tipped her head back in the cutest way and was super proud of herself. Then she just stood up and started doing it again. Nice practice Sophie.
Here's another picture of her doing more silliness and experimenting with what she can do. I'll bet 75% of the children we've had in Childcare do this exact thing around Sophie's age. Cooper loves being upside-down too - now he's using the back of the couch to lean against while standing on his head.
Cooper and Reid (you can see his arm and leg on left side of picture) were playing with these pop-up toys that sing songs when you push the buttons. Cooper is singing along and I love how Sophie is watching what he is doing.

Sophie - 9/9/2015
Sophie ate whole wheat toast and two servings of mixed berries for breakfast. I posted the picture below so you could see how delightful that was! Very cute. I was holding my hand up in the air so she'd look up and you could see her chin. :) For lunch Sophie ate ham, crackers, bean & bacon soup, and strawberries.
Elliott and his Mommy stopped by this morning to say "hi" and pick up Elliott's blanket. Elliott was slightly confused - he sat down in his usual spot and started taking off his shoes and wanted his milk cup! He always loved his routines!! Sophie crawled over and sat in front of him.
I took this picture yesterday afternoon shortly after Sophie awoke from her nap. (Thus the binky.) She loves her dress-up clothes and shoes. She had pulled these shorts over her head and I like how she is looking so proud of herself! The first place she headed to play this morning was the dress-up rack again! She was yelling for help with a shoe!
And of course this is the follow-up picture from yesterday. She pulled down hard on the shorts and had her head stuck in one of the leg holes. Ha! She really doesn't care too much and was just sitting there grinning when I pulled it off her head.
She immediately started clapping when we played some music this morning. She also looked at lots of books and pestered Cooper and Reid when they were building with the blocks. She's persistent and will quickly and subtly slip an arm around them and grab a toy.

Sophie - 9/8/2015
Sophie had two servings of whole wheat bagel and ate apricots for breakfast. For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce. When Sophie was still in her highchair after breakfast she was chanting, "Mom-ma, Mom-ma, Mom-ma..." :)
Reid and Cooper were piling the stacking cups in the sink and Sophie was watching and trying to contribute in some way!! She has one foot ready to stand in the school bus! Later, she was filling these school buses with little people and other toys.
We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and the kids were all real busy checking everything out. I love how hard Sophie is working to figure out this pop-up toy. (She's trying to pull it up rather than push the button.)
I moved the Griz Chair into the kitchen doorway and Sophie sat there while I filled the cups with milk and put food on the breakfast tray. She did really good and didn't even try to get down and run around. Side note - she's doing very well at drinking from her cup. (The initials NB are still on this cup lid and I frequently call her Nora!)

Sophie - 9/4/2015
Sophie ate all her raisins, but only a couple bites of malt-o-meal cereal for breakfast. For lunch (I'm guessing she was kind of hungry!) she ate ground beef, large serving of elbow noodles, apple bites, and two large servings of mixed fruit.
I have a couple of notes from yesterday afternoon I want to include in this blog! Kenzie was watching me change a HUGE poopy diaper. (Sophie's) Kenzie said, "That's disgusting!" And then she said (totally serious), "Where's Missy?!? This is one for Missy to clean up!!" LOL!! Oh man I roared! However, I totally agree Kenzie! (For those who don't know Missy - She's Lauralea's Daughter and home from Grad School looking for a job! And Kenzie found her a good volunteer job!) Ha! Here's another note from yesterday afternoon that has nothing to do with Sophie, but I thought you'd enjoy! We had grapes and rice cakes for snack and Kenzie was eating LOTS, trying to keep pace with Reid! Right before she left the table (with Reid still eating) she said, "My Gosh that Kid eats a lot!!
Sophie was sitting on the step (in the picture) and then standing up and taking a couple of steps. So I grabbed the camera and had her sit there and was trying to coax her into doing it again! Well that wasn't working, but Cooper and Reid immediately came over, sat down and Reid started saying, "Me wanna walk, me wanna walk!" Ha ha! So Reid started walking to me and I'm not sure exactly what Cooper was doing, but Sophie's body language says, "leave me alone!" :)
I took this picture after Sophie worked hard to peel off both of her socks! I didn't want to post the other picture of her stretching her sock out about 12 inches!! :) By the way, Mommy Molly, Sophie did just fine this morning after you and Nora were gone. Once the boys sat down for breakfast and everything was normal she was totally done being fussy. She played all over the room and also tried hard to get her hands on Baby Hudson!

Sophie - 9/3/2015
Sophie ate whole wheat english muffin and two servings of blueberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate chicken, crackers, sweet potatoes, and canned cherries.
Yesterday afternoon Cooper had about 20 little tractors on the big climber and Sophie managed to make her way up there! Way to go Sophie. She sat beside the tractors and started pitching them over the side one at a time. Ha ha!! (Cooper was playing with the dump trucks and didn't notice!)
I was doing Sophie's hair this morning and I said (talking to myself while deciding on a color for her ponytail), "How about we do white?" Cooper said, "How about we do green?" Reid said, "Blue." Cooper said, "Green's my color." Reid said, "Blue." (Uhhh, Cooper talks more than Reid does.)
Sophie, the little stinker, was climbing up the steps to the "balance beam" (the one they jump off onto the mattress) and on the second step she decides to stand straight up! I'm sure I gasped! And she was looking at me while she was doing it. Yes Sophie, you're amazing! :) Later, she was in the middle of the room and kept standing straight up, then she'd plop down, then stand right back up! She did that at least 6 - 8 times.
Here's a picture of Sophie sitting and reading in the Library! :) This is a "potty book" and there's a button to push that makes a "flushing" sound.
She's done in the Library and has moved on to Music class!

Sophie - 9/2/2015
Sophie ate half of her biscuit and ate peaches for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of baked beans, a couple bites of bun, ate peas, and pineapple. Warning: her hands were kind of slimy from the baked beans and she was finger-combing her hair! :) I wiped it off, but we'll see how it is after nap.
I took this picture yesterday afternoon after Kenzie was here. We moved the table outside so they could draw and color on the paper tubes. We also covered the tubes with decorative duct tape. I love how Sophie climbed right up there and plopped down like a big girl. She wanted to get her hands in the paint this morning too for some finger painting; it won't be long and she can!!
I've mentioned this several times, but Sophie loves to experiment on the mattress! You can see by the picture below that she's just letting herself flop backwards. (She's leaning back and a second later over she went.) It's so cute and if you enlarge the picture you can see she's totally concentrating! She tries bouncing and flopping around and it's great practice for her balance! Again, like I've said, this is not an easy place to stand, but it's one of her favorite places.
This week she's only been sitting for maybe one book during Story Time, but she still comes chugging right over when I announce Story Time. She also immediately heads for the couch when she sees me getting the comb and ponytail holder every morning.

Sophie - 9/1/2015
Sophie ate waffle and hash browns for breakfast. For lunch she ate chicken & cheese quesadilla, half of her carrots, and ate mandarin oranges.
It is different around here today with Layla and Elliott both gone. Reid is having a Daddy Day so it is just Cooper and Sophie. But we had lots of fun and they both got lots of attention!! Cooper saw Sophie putting one of his tractors in her mouth and he told her, "That bulldozer is for pushing dirt!" Ha ha! Lauralea was fixing Sophie's hair first thing this morning and picked a pink ponytail holder for her and Cooper said, "You haven't done green for awhile!!" (That is Cooper's favorite color! LOL. Lauralea said, "She's wearing pink." So Cooper showed Lauralea the green buttons on Sophie's shirt. :) Ha!
Four or five times this morning Sophie just turned loose and started walking across the room; especially when she was close to the next pit stop! :) She probably did three or four successful steps when I was taking the picture below. Nice job Sophie. (I wasn't prompting or encouraging her to walk this morning; all on her own.)
I kind of loaded up on pictures again today, but there wasn't any of these I wanted to delete!! Look at those cute little eyes!! Definitely not deleting this one!! :) She's always covering her face with a bowl of some kind and then making sounds. I think she likes the echoing sounds.
Cooper was chasing Sophie around and around the igloo and she was laughing louder than I've heard her laugh before. Pretty soon he was scooting her along by using his head like a plow. :) She loves the chase game!!
More standing and steps!! The mattress is soft and bumpy and is not the easiest thing for her to stand up on!! But she likes the soft landing! I've seen her playing and experimenting with flopping on the mattress and she totally gets the softness thing!! Good choice Sophie - You're a smart little girl!!
